Hermosa Beach Engagements : Laurie + Mike

This past week, Stephen and I FINALLY were able to coordinate the engagement shoot of Laurie and MIke in their hometown ofHermosa Beach. We walked the gorgeous green belt and headed down the colorful streets that lead to the beach. I first met Laurie and MIke in Coronado. We chatted over a cup of coffee about wedding details, scheduling and most importantly, photography.
I just knew from the second I met these two I wanted to get them in front of my camera. I cannot say enough good things about these two.
They were set up on a blind date by mutual friends. Laurie was tired of being set up on blind dates but gave Mike a chance when her friend said " I think you could marry this guy." Mike chimed in while Laurie was telling us their story by saying " I knew I was in trouble because it was the best date I had been on." These two are an absolute riot to be around. SO much fun and SO much laughter! Stephen and I found ourselves laughing behind our cameras the entire time. I cannot WAIT for the wedding day this April in Phoenix.
